Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 10, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how TRECC (“TRECC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit trecc.finance, join the waitlist, contact us, connect a wallet, or use TRECC websites, documentation, applications, interfaces, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect information you submit directly, such as your name, email address, message content, company or project details, waitlist preferences, and other information you choose to provide.

Wallet and On-Chain Data

If you connect a wallet or interact with blockchain features, we may process your public wallet address, transaction hashes, token balances, smart contract interactions, and other public blockchain data. Public blockchain data may be permanent and visible to anyone.

Usage Data

We may collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, device type, browser type, approximate location, referring pages, feature interactions, and timestamps.

Communications

If you email us, submit a contact form, or communicate through community channels, we may keep a record of that communication so we can respond and improve support.

Cookies and Local Storage

We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, improve performance, and understand usage. We do not use these technologies to store private keys or seed phrases.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
  • Manage waitlist requests, contact inquiries, support requests, and community communications.
  • Display wallet-related information when you choose to connect a wallet.
  • Analyze usage trends, diagnose technical issues, and improve product experience.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
  • Send service updates, product announcements, and related communications where permitted by law.
Where privacy laws require a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on one or more of the following bases: your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of rights, safety, and security.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in limited circumstances:
  • With vendors and service providers that help us host, operate, analyze, secure, or communicate through the Services.
  • With blockchain networks when you initiate wallet or smart contract interactions.
  • With professional advisors, auditors, insurers, or legal representatives where appropriate.
  • When required by law, subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or to protect rights and safety.
  • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

Public Blockchains

Blockchain networks are public, decentralized systems that TRECC does not control. When you interact with a blockchain, your wallet address, transaction details, smart contract interactions, and related metadata may become public, permanent, and searchable. We cannot delete, modify, or hide information recorded on public blockchains.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as wallet providers, blockchain networks, analytics tools, email providers, hosting providers, repositories, documentation sites, or community platforms. These third parties process information under their own policies. We encourage you to review their privacy practices before using them.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, respond to requests, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected. Public blockchain data may remain available indefinitely because it is maintained by decentralized networks.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no online service, wallet, blockchain network, or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, devices, accounts, and passwords. TRECC will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information, or to request a portable copy of certain information. You can request help by contacting trecclabs@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request before responding. These rights do not apply to information we do not control, including data recorded on public blockchains.

Children

The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where required.

International Transfers

TRECC and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice through the Services or other appropriate channels. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
