Terms of Use

Last updated: May 10, 2026 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TRECC websites, documentation, interfaces, waitlist forms, contact forms, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

About TRECC

TRECC is building financial infrastructure for autonomous agents and on-chain credit markets. Some TRECC features may involve blockchain networks, wallets, smart contracts, digital assets, or third-party infrastructure. Unless expressly stated otherwise, TRECC provides software interfaces and information. TRECC does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and must have authority to agree to these Terms. You may not use the Services if doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to your use of the Services in your jurisdiction.

Wallets and Accounts

Certain features may require you to connect a wallet, submit a waitlist request, or provide contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, devices, and accounts. TRECC will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. We cannot recover lost wallets, reverse blockchain transactions, or restore assets lost due to compromised credentials.

Blockchain and Protocol Risks

Blockchain-based systems involve significant risks. By using any feature that interacts with digital assets, wallets, smart contracts, or decentralized networks, you acknowledge that:
  • Transactions may be irreversible once submitted to a blockchain network.
  • Smart contracts and third-party dependencies may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or design flaws.
  • Network congestion, forks, outages, oracle failures, or validator behavior may delay or prevent transactions.
  • Digital asset prices may be volatile, and you may lose some or all value associated with an activity.
  • Regulatory treatment of digital assets, autonomous agents, and decentralized finance may change.
  • Displayed data, yields, rewards, balances, or estimates may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so. Prohibited conduct includes:
  • Using the Services for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity.
  • Attempting to exploit, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services or connected infrastructure.
  • Using bots, scrapers, or automated systems in a way that harms service availability or violates posted limits.
  • Submitting false, misleading, infringing, abusive, or harmful information.
  • Bypassing access controls, rate limits, security controls, eligibility requirements, or geographic restrictions.
  • Using TRECC branding, marks, or content without permission except as allowed by law.

Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party wallets, networks, analytics providers, communication tools, infrastructure providers, repositories, documentation, or websites. TRECC does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, fees, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

The Services, website design, copy, graphics, logos, names, and other TRECC materials are owned by TRECC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Open-source software or smart contracts published by TRECC are governed by the license included with that code. These Terms do not limit rights granted under an applicable open-source license.

Feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant TRECC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.

Changes and Availability

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after revised Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TRECC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, AND SECURITY. No information provided through the Services is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions involving digital assets, lending, credit, compliance, or taxes.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRECC AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS. Where liability cannot be excluded, TRECC’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TRECC and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
